As a high-achieving individual, there’s an incredible amount of pressure, an invisible burden that you shoulder, to amount to something. You’ve probably spent most of your life being externally validated by test scores, pedigrees and institutions with which you’re affiliated. Maybe you continue to chase external markers of success, even if they don’t make you feel happy.

Your life doesn’t have to be this way!

What if you were able to figure out who you are at your core and what matters to you?

What if you prioritized what you and your body need instead of getting caught up in the grind?

What if you gave yourself permission to pursue what truly lights you up?

This 5-week mentorship program is a culmination of the following:

🧠 My background in psychology from Yale

🧘 My 200-hr. Yoga Teacher Training from India

😌 4x participating + 1x managing 10-day silent meditation retreats

❤️ Lessons learned from making authentic choices (e.g.: left the corporate world, got into and turned down business school)

🦁 Summoning the courage to do the things that scare me (shaved my head, bought a 1-way ticket to India, quit my job without plans)

HOMECOMING (May 26 - June 23)

A Journey to Return to Your Authentic & Courageous Self

During this 5-week program, you will learn how to tap into your mind, body and spirit so you can gain clarity and take action to find fulfillment, both in and outside of work.

The program consists of the following:

  • Weeks 1- 4: Weekly 90-minute live group coaching calls on Thursdays at 8 PM EST

Week 1 (5/26): How to Reign in Your Inner Critic to Go After What You Truly Want

Week 2 (6/2): How to Tap into Your Body and Energy to Create Sustainable Results in Life

Week 3 (6/9): How to Live Your Days with Purpose & Joy

Week 4 (6/16): How to Integrate Lessons & Routines to Maintain Momentum

  • Week 5 (6/23): 45-minute 1:1 coaching session to create a tailored action plan going forward

  • Continuous support, motivation and accountability with like-minded individuals via a private Facebook group
